New for April 2018 – Protect My Family

In our April 2018 release we’ve introduced a whole new Money Priority – Protect My Family – to help you manage your insurance. We’ve also added a number of new account connections to help you get a complete picture of your money.

Protect My Family

We all know that spending less and saving more is an important part of improving financial health. Insurance can play a big part too. Lots of us have insurance – particularly through our superannuation funds – and we think it’s important to have all your insurance details together in one place.

You can now keep details of your Life Insurance, Income Protection, Trauma and Total and Permanent Disablement Insurance in the MoneyBrilliant app.

This is just the start. In future releases we’ll build on this by collecting insurance data automatically and populating it into MoneyBrilliant for you – and keeping it up to date.

The new Protect My Family feature is available to all MoneyBrilliant customers and Partners.

New Account Connections
As usual, we’ve added a bunch of new connections and new account types for the following institutions

  • Boardroom (InvestorServe)
  • First Option Credit Union
  • Resimac Home Loans
  • Society One Personal Loans
  • Velocity Global Wallet
  • St GEorge Auto & Equipment Finance
  • AFG Home Loans
  • Big Sky
If you have an account with any of these institutions you can now connect the account to MoneyBrilliant. To do this, simply login to MoneyBrilliant, go to Accounts and Add a new account. This short video shows you how to connect new accounts to your MoneyBrilliant account.

We are now working on connections and account types for Australian Ethical Super, QBank, Virgin Money Loans, Government Super (PSS AP). We hope to make these available soon.

If you or your clients have an account at a financial institution we cannot currently connect to please let us know by sending an email to connect@moneybrilliant.com.au

Bug fixes

We’ve also fixed some pesky bugs that have been hanging around for a while. As a result, you should find the MoneyBrilliant app easier to use in a number of areas.
