Can anyone at MoneyBrilliant access my information?

Our security measures ensure your information is protected against unauthorised access from persons outside and within MoneyBrilliant.

Within MoneyBrilliant we control who has access to customer information by using password protected access controls on all our technology systems. Our Customer Information and Data Policy specifies which staff have access to our systems and the information and data they can access. No staff have access to information or data if they don’t need it to perform their role.

We add another layer of privacy and security to customer account details by only storing the last 4 digits of your account numbers or credit card numbers. This means that no one, not even you, can access the account numbers or credit card numbers from MoneyBrilliant.
