Can I update or change the category assigned to a transaction?

Sometimes we aren’t able to categorise a transaction.  Transactions we havent been able to categorise are listed in the Uncategorised Transactions list on the Overview tab of your MoneyBrilliant dashboard.  It is important that you review these transactions and categorise them regularly.  This helps ensure your spending data and budget comparisons are as accurate as possible

Sometimes you might not like the way we categorise one or more of your transactions.  In fact, to be honest, despite our best efforts we dont always get the categories right.  But never mind – you can assign your own categories to transactions.

When you assign transactions to categories we remember what you have done so that we can automatically do it in future – saving you time.
