How do I provide feedback?

At MoneyBrilliant we value what our customers have to say about our service because we believe by listening to our customers, we can make our service better. Your feedback may be:

  • a compliment
  • a suggestion on how we could do something better
  • a question about our service or how to use our service
  • a complaint

We encourage you to provide feedback about us and about our service. You can contact our customer support staff on support@moneybrilliant.com.au or you can submit a Help request (also located at the top of the Help page).

Our customer support staff are ready to receive your feedback and will respond to you within 1 business day but most of the time they respond much sooner than that.
