If you wish to delete your account, you can do so by completing the delete account questionnaire. Your feedback will help us improve our service and maybe help you continue with us.
At the end of the questionnaire, you can ask for support from our customer support team or simply delete your account.
Please note that once we delete your account, we cannot reopen your account. But you can rejoin at a later date by registering with MoneyBrilliant as a new customer.
