Your plan and billing details are viewable and can be changed only on desktop.
Log into your MoneyBrilliant account and on the right-hand top corner of your screen you will see your name with a person to the right of it.
Click on the person and select Plan and Billing. From here you can see your plan and your billing details.
To change your plan, click on the pencil to the right of the plan name and choose to upgrade or downgrade.
To change your payment details click into Billing Details and update your credit card details.
Change your plan payment from monthly to annual or annual to monthly
You need to be logged into the MoneyBrilliant desktop service to change your payment frequency.
Click on the person at the right-hand top corner of your screen and select Plan and Billing. From here you can see your plan and your billing details.
To amend the frequency of your payments you will need to downgrade your plan to basic and then reinstate the Plus plan. You do this by clicking on the pencil to the right of the plan name, and choosing to downgrade. Once your plan shows as Basic you then click on the pencil again, upgrade, and when making your payment, choose your new frequency.
