How do I view or update my plan and billing details?

Your Plan and Billing details are currently available on desktop only.

You access your Plan and Billing details from Settings, located on the left-hand main menu.

Changing your Plan

From the Plan and Billing page, you can change your plan by selecting the edit icon next to your current Plan. The Plan window will open with the option to either downgrade or upgrade.

If you are upgrading to Plus from Basic, you have the option to choose a monthly subscription or save by choosing an annual subscription.

Adding or delete a credit card

From the Plan and Billing page you can add or delete a credit card. Select the Edit icon to add a credit card. Select the Delete icon to delete a credit card.

Change your plan payment from monthly to annual or annual to monthly

Navigate to the Plan and Billing page through Settings available on the left-hand main menu.

Your monthly and annual subscriptions are treated as separate subscription plans. To change from one to the other, you will need to downgrade your plan to Basic and then reinstate the Plus plan.

When you upgrade to Plus from Basic, you will have the option of choosing the monthly or annual subscription.

There are no interruptions to your MoneyBrilliant service if you do this.
