How do I upgrade or view my plan and billing arrangements?

Upgrading to Plus or viewing your current plan is available on desktop, iOS and Android platforms.

However, if you wish to change the details of your Plus plan (e.g. change from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription or downgrade to Basic), you need to do this from the same platform used to upgrade to Plus.

Upgrading, changing and viewing your plan through an iOS platform

If you subscribe to Plus through your iOS device, your Plus subscription is managed through your iTunes account. This means you don’t need to provide your credit card details to subscribe to the MoneyBrilliant Plus Plan if you subscribe using your iOS device.

To view your current plan, upgrade to Plus or change between a monthly or yearly plan, navigate to Settings – Plans – Subscription Plans.

Your current plan is shown at the top of the screen.

To upgrade, simply select either the Monthly or Yearly Plus Plan. A confirmation window will appear asking you to confirm your subscription. Your billings arrangements, along with your Plan, will become visible at the top or the screen.

To change between a monthly or yearly plan, simply select Change.

You can manage your subscription, turn off auto renew or downgrade to Basic by going to iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

If you subscribe to Plus through your Android device, your Plus subscription is managed through your Google Play Store account. This means you don’t need to provide your credit card details to subscribe to the MoneyBrilliant Plus Plan if you subscribe using your Android device.

To view your current plan, upgrade to Plus, change between a monthly or yearly plan or downgrade to Basic, navigate to Settings – Plans – Subscription Plans.

To upgrade, simply select either the Monthly or Yearly Plus Plan. A confirmation window will appear asking you to confirm your subscription. Your billings arrangements, along with your Plan, will become visible at the top or the screen.

To change between a monthly or yearly plan, simply select Change. A confirmation window will appear asking you to confirm your subscription.

To downgrade to Basic, select Cancel. You will be directed to your Google Play Store account.

If you subscribe to Plus through your desktop device, your Plus subscription is managed through your desktop account.

To view your current plan, upgrade to Plus, add a credit card, change between a monthly or yearly plan or downgrade to Basic, navigate to Settings – Plans & Billing.

Your current plan is shown at the top of the screen.

You can add (or edit or remove) a credit card by selecting Add Card (or edit or delete).

To upgrade, simply select the pencil icon next to Your Plan and select either the monthly or yearly plan.

Changing your subscription between a monthly and yearly plan

Your monthly and annual subscriptions are treated as separate subscription plans. To change from one to the other, you will need to downgrade your plan to Basic and then reinstate the Plus plan. When you upgrade to Plus from Basic, select your new subscription – either monthly or yearly. There are no interruptions to your MoneyBrilliant service if you do this.
