Service disruption to the account connection process – 22 September 2017

There is currently a service disruption to the account connection process which is affecting new account connections and account refreshes. Customers who connect new accounts or refresh their accounts in MoneyBrilliant will experience delays with updating their account balances and transactions.

We are working hard on resolving this issue and expect this to be fixed soon. We will update our website once service levels return to normal.
