How do I get help and request support?

At MoneyBrilliant, we work hard to give you a service that is simple and convenient to use. However, if you need to help with our service or need to report an issue, we have online guides and customer support staff available to help you.

Our Help Centre has a range of online articles to provide you with information and instructions about MoneyBrilliant and the features in our service.

You can search the Help Centre by keyword or phrase to locate an article on a topic. Or browse the main page of the Help Centre to see if your question is there – Help questions are organised into Topic.

We are always updating our help page as we learn the common questions our customers are asking.

If you heed further help or need to report an issue you can contact our customer support staff who are here to help you whenever you have questions.
