How do you qualify for the MoneyBrilliant Money Back Guarantee?

You must be an individual user of the MoneyBrilliant service and not be provided the service via the MoneyBrilliant Partner Access program or any other variation of MoneyBrilliant.

You must subscribe to the MoneyBrilliant Plus plan after 14th November 2016, via MoneyBrilliant.com.au for a continuous period of 12 months.

You must make your claim with 30 days from the end of the 12 month subscription period.

You must have paid for the service in full throughout the 12 month period and it must be the first time you have subscribed to MoneyBrilliant Plus plan.

You must be less than satisfied with the MoneyBrilliant service and believe that we have not provided reasonable opportunities to make or save the equivalent of your subscription fee, and detail these in your claim request.

MoneyBrilliant must agree that we have not provided reasonable opportunities to make or save the equivalent of your subscription fee.

 

How do I claim the Money Back Guarantee?

To claim, please email support@moneybrilliant.com.au with proof of the conditions above and a complete explanation of why you believe that MoneyBrilliant has not provided reasonable opportunities to make or save the equivalent of your subscription fee .

Your claim will be assessed in 5 business days and a response sent via email within this time.

Your rebate, if approved, will be provided in the form of a pre-paid visa card to the value of the 12 months subscription fees paid.
